Blue Compass Travel and Tourism ("Blue Compass", "we", "us") operates a flight and travel concierge desk based in Juba, South Sudan. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our WhatsApp desk, and how we use it.

When you submit a seat quote request through this site, we collect the details you provide, which may include:
- Your departure and destination cities
- Your travel dates and preferred class
- Your phone number or WhatsApp number
We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this site. We only receive the information you actively type into the booking form or send us directly on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email.
How we use your information
- To search for and prepare flight fare quotes on your behalf
- To contact you on WhatsApp or by phone with your quote and booking updates
- To process a booking once you confirm you would like to proceed
- To keep a record of your booking for support, changes, or refund requests
Sharing your information
We share the minimum information necessary with airlines and payment providers (such as mGurush or your bank) to complete a booking or payment you have requested. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for marketing purposes without your consent.
How long we keep your information
We keep booking-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to support your travel, handle any changes or disputes, and meet our own record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. To do so, message us on WhatsApp or email bookings@bluecompasstravel.com.
