These terms apply whenever you request a quote, make a booking, or otherwise use the services of Blue Compass Travel and Tourism ("Blue Compass", "we", "us"), a flight and travel concierge desk based in Juba, South Sudan. By submitting a request through this site or messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.
Our service
Blue Compass acts as a booking agent. We search fares across airlines serving your route and present you with quotes. No booking is confirmed, and no ticket is issued, until you have reviewed the fare we quote and told us to proceed.
Quotes and pricing
We do not publish fixed or live fares. Every price is confirmed individually by your agent based on real-time availability, and shared with you before you pay. Airline fares can change quickly and availability is not guaranteed until a ticket is issued.
Payment
We accept payment via mGurush, bank transfer, or in person at our Juba office. Your ticket is issued once payment has been received and confirmed. Please check all names, dates, and destinations carefully before paying, as airlines may charge fees for corrections after a ticket is issued.
Changes and cancellations
Changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the fare rules of the airline you are booked with, not by Blue Compass. Your agent will explain the applicable rules before you pay. Where a change or refund is possible, we will assist you with the airline's process; airline and, where applicable, agency processing fees may apply.
Visas and travel documents
We provide guidance on visa and entry requirements as a courtesy, but it remains your responsibility to hold a valid passport, visa, and any other documents required for your trip. Blue Compass is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid travel documents.
Limitation of liability
Blue Compass arranges travel with third-party airlines, hotels, and insurers, and is not liable for their acts, delays, cancellations, or service failures. Our liability for any issue arising from our own booking service is limited to the value of the service fee we charged for that booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Sudan. Any dispute will first be raised directly with our Juba office so we can try to resolve it.
